At CAR-CG.co, every product is custom-made to order, allowing us to bring you unique, high-quality designs created just for you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🛠️ Production Time

  • All of our items are made-to-order.

  • Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your item has been shipped.

USA 3–7 business days

Canada 5–10 business days

International 7–21 business days

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier performance. During peak seasons, delays may occur.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted.

📦 Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if you order different product types (e.g., hat + hoodie). This helps us deliver each item as quickly as possible.

🚫 Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by international trade laws.

  • Some countries may charge customs duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is in transit, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  • If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@car-cg.co and we’ll help you file a claim or reorder if eligible.

Thank you for shopping with CAR-CG.co. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Because each item is custom-made, we’ve outlined a fair and clear return policy below.

🔁 Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Products

❌ All Sales Are Final (Except for Damaged or Defective Items)

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Printed incorrectly (i.e., wrong design or size from what was ordered)

📸 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or flawed, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at [support@car-cg.co]

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Upon approval, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

📦 Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot refund or reship items due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

🧼 Worn or Used Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned, even in the case of a sizing issue. Please refer to our sizing charts carefully before ordering.
